APM (Asset Performance Management) is a Cloud-based Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), enabling process manufacturing facilities to significantly reduce machine outages and enhance the availability of their industrial equipment.
MachIQ Seva enables remote services in a world where online-interactions will replace many in-person meetings.
Paired with MachIQ APM (on the OEM side), MachIQ Seva allows a better understanding of the customers’ needs and an efficient treatment of daily challenges. This 100% digital solution is perfectly adapted to any company and allows an optimization of the working conditions perfectly adapted to current concerns.
At MachIQ, we put a strong emphasis on your data protection and confidentiality. Therefore, we will never share any of it without your agreement. As our client, you have ownership of your data, which is stored on a secured server located in the European Union. All data are encrypted in transit and at rest using an industry-standard encryption algorithm.

MachIQ was founded with the thesis that machine suppliers must collaborate with plant operators to achieve higher asset performance.
The collaboration between MachIQ APM (for plant operators) and MachIQ Seva (machine suppliers) is secured using HTTPS and strong industry standard authentication methods.
MachIQ Software is able to quickly develop APIs between MachIQ APM or MachIQ Seva and third-party systems – to exchange securely catalogs, pricing, availability and transaction related data between suppliers and customers.
Currently, our main customers operate in the food processing, beverages, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries.

Each plan gives access to a specific list of features, the details of which can be perused here.
The distinction is made according to the target audience.
The “Free” subscription is intended for small companies with just one plant, allowing a restricted number of Work Orders (3500), historian limited to one year and a lower data storage capacity (2GB in total, 20 MB max per file).
On the other hand, “Pro” subscription plan is dedicated to major corporations with several plants. The “Enterprise” plan even includes IIoT.

There is no limitation in time for the free version, only a work order number restriction of 3,500 work orders per year.
Likewise, the data history of the equipment is stored for a year only on this version.
The price will be defined according to the number of equipment in the plant(s).
An Equipment is a machine or component registered as such in APM, on which maintenance can be performed.
Setup tutorials and explanations are included in the subscription price. Nevertheless, if you need more customized support, you can subscribe to our Enterprise plan.
The software works under the following operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Linux, and can be used with any current browser, including Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge.
Internet Explorer is strongly discouraged, as it is no longer updated and poses security threats.
Our products are all available in English, German, Spanish and French.
You can access the page to log into your Asset Performance Management account by typing the account URL in your browser.
When you register, you will receive an email with the URL of your account as well as your login credentials.
MachIQ APM is user-friendly and requires minimum training for industrial operators and maintenance technicians. A 2-hour training is enough to master the basics and handle maintenance planning and completion.
Thanks to its highly ergonomic interface, the software is easy to use for each participant of the company, at his/her level.
To support you in mastering your new tool, we have developed a Knowledge Base. You will find articles and videos on each section of APM to support you and your employees on a daily basis.

MachIQ Seva can authorize users to access via a login/password procedure or via single sign-on (SSO). When SSO is enabled, user access is determined by the client in the SSO console, not in MachIQ Seva.
