While MachIQ APM is intended for industrial manufacturers, MachIQ Seva leans towards machine suppliers.

APM (Asset Performance Management) is a Cloud-based Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), enabling process manufacturing facilities to significantly reduce machine outages and enhance the availability of their industrial equipment.

MachIQ Seva enables remote services in a world where online-interactions will replace many in-person meetings.

Paired with MachIQ APM (on the OEM side), MachIQ Seva allows a better understanding of the customers’ needs and an efficient treatment of daily challenges. This 100% digital solution is perfectly adapted to any company and allows an optimization of the working conditions perfectly adapted to current concerns.

At MachIQ, we put a strong emphasis on your data protection and confidentiality. Therefore, we will never share any of it without your agreement. As our client, you have ownership of your data, which is stored on a secured server located in the European Union. All data are encrypted in transit and at rest using an industry-standard encryption algorithm.

MachIQ was founded with the thesis that machine suppliers must collaborate with plant operators to achieve higher asset performance.

The collaboration between MachIQ APM (for plant operators) and MachIQ Seva (machine suppliers) is secured using HTTPS and strong industry standard authentication methods.

MachIQ Software is able to quickly develop APIs between MachIQ APM or MachIQ Seva and third-party systems – to exchange securely catalogs, pricing, availability and transaction related data between suppliers and customers.

Our solution is the result of the recent market evolutions. By offering a 100% digital solution, our Software as a Service (SaaS) provides Industrial Operators maximum asset performance at lower costs thereby generating cost savings and optimising stock and asset management for your plant.

Each plan gives access to a specific list of features, the details of which can be perused here.

The distinction is made according to the target audience.

The “Free” subscription is intended for small companies with just one plant, allowing a restricted number of Work Orders (3500), historian limited to one year and a lower data storage capacity (2GB in total, 20 MB max per file).

On the other hand, “Pro” subscription plan is dedicated to major corporations with several plants. The “Enterprise” plan even includes IIoT.

In order to provide a high-performance solution, the tool is divided into several applications, each with a specific field of application. Those applications are distributed as follows:

Equipment: gather information about the different equipment
Qustomers: vastly extend your CRM capabilities by combining all relevant information about Customers
Qommerce: Manage the catalogue
Qontact: Perform chat and video support
Qontrol Panel: Manage internal MachIQ Seva users and give an overview of the customer database.

Users can access the page to log into their MachIQ Seva account by typing the account URL in the browser.

When registering, an email with the URL of the account as well as login credentials will be sent.

MachIQ Seva can authorize users to access via a login/password procedure or via single sign-on (SSO). When SSO is enabled, user access is determined by the client in the SSO console, not in MachIQ Seva.
