What is the difference between APM and SEVA?
While APM is intended for industrial manufacturers, Seva is more dedicated to machine suppliers.
APM (Asset Performance Management) is a cloud-based maintenance management software enabling process manufacturing facilities to significantly reduce machine outages and enhance the availability of their industrial equipment.
Seva enables remote services in a world where online-interactions will replace many in-person meetings.
Paired with APM (on OEM side), Seva allows a better understanding of the customers’ needs and an efficient treatment of daily challenges. This 100% digital solution is perfectly adapted to any company and allows an optimization of the working conditions perfectly adapted to current concerns.
Together, APM and Seva offer highly performing capabilities for both suppliers and OEM, including:
Install-base management including Spare part lists and Documentation
eCommerce for spare parts and digital services
Remote support & mentoring via video-calling
Remote condition monitoring via IIoT
How does exchange of data work between APM and SEVA?
MachIQ was founded with the assumption that machine suppliers must collaborate with plant operators to achieve higher asset performance.
The collaboration between APM (for plant operators) and Seva (machine suppliers) is secured using HTTPS and strong authentication methods.
MachIQ InterX, a proprietary cloud-based solution, enables us to quickly develop APIs between APM or Seva and third-party systems to exchange securely catalogs, pricing, availability and transactions-related data between suppliers and customers.
Where is data hosted?
All the data are stored on servers based in the European Union. MachIQ is fully compliant with the E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What are the expected benefits from Seva?
Our goal is to transform the Internet of Things (IoT) into an intelligent network of people and machines, leveraging human and artificial intelligence to achieve levels of asset performance and resource efficiency.
We reckon that no company can achieve this alone; that companies will need to collaborate with their suppliers, customers and peers to transform data into intelligence. OEMs are forced to adapt to fast-changing customer expectations in the digital era.
MachIQ believes in the benefits of digitalization and is accompanying customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
MachIQ is aiming to provide an agnostic and independent platform and offer a single source of truth for interactions between machine builders and producers in the Industry 4.0 space.
